Overview offers a general review of your business. You can choose between various reports and payment statistics for all of your points of sale, filter time periods, view status of last transactions, recent billing reports etc.
At the top of your Manager you have the Top menu bar, which is there for your convenience. It provides you with easy access to your Company Profile, live Chat with our support, and Quick Actions.
Company profile
It allows you to switch between your companies if you have several. A general info about the Company is provided, together with a connected stores, option to request activation of a new payment method or value added services, change your password, access Crypto Contract and Terms of Use, and opt in for the Newsletter.
Live chat
In case of problems or questions, you can always click the Live chat button where the Support team is made available for you. If momentarily nobody is available, you can leave a message through our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Quick actions
Quick actions button offers you a shortcut to your Payment methods, Services, and Crypto settings, where you can review and edit your data. The shortcut also leads you to your Monthly volume comparison graph, where you can peruse in detail your volume trend from last month, and daily payments export, which instantly generates a .PDF report of all your payments for all your stores, terminals and methods, for the current day.
